MOBEE AWARENESS ON BUSINESS 2.0 ENVIRONMENT

We, at PT Mobee ( currently Manggis Mobile Ltd) and PT BlueMoon Tech holding company, are developing awareness either within site format or site content of our 2.0 web sites to anticipate global trends of business 2.0 environment.

How to recognise Web 2.0 product among others are (please, check it to our SNS MOBEE KNOWLEDGE CoP) :
• Network as platform – delivering (and allowing users to use) applications entirely through a browser
• User owning the data on a site and exercising control over that data
• An architecture of participation that encourages users to add value to the application as they use it
• Sharp contrast to hierarchical access-control in applications
• A rich, interactive, user-friendly interface or frameworks
• Some social networking aspects
• Combines and integrate services and content from other products

What are triggering all the items above mentioned ? :
• Soft goals : Human social nature, Critical mass of internet users reached long time ago
• Enabled by simple yet powerfull Web 2.0 technologies : Blogs, Wikis, RSS (Really Simple Syndication), Podcasts, and Web services


The following are our variables indicating PT Mobee (currently Manggis Mobile Ltd) – PT BlueMoon Tech awareness on 2.0 issues :

1. Understanding the Phenomenon and the Strategic Implication : This will be about sharing a common understanding of the component of the overall Web 2.0 phenomenon, the characteristics/trends they bring, the strategic implications and the approach the companies present are taking to them. 2. External Engagement : Corporate and Marketing Communication (MarCom) : This will be about the implications of Web 2.0 or Marketing 2.0 for external communications, including general corporate communications, investor relations, marketing communications and engagement with customers/consumers ( see : 1. http://mobeeknowledge.ning.com , 2. http://sites.google.com/site/mobeeinternship/ )

3. 4. The Organizational, Cultural and Integration Implications : This will be about the implications of the Web 2.0 phenomenon for corporate culture, organizational structure and integration.
